Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt date, provided:
- Items are in original, unworn, and unused condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- Items are in resalable condition
- You have your proof of purchase (order number)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bakeware & Bento Boxes (for hygiene reasons)
- Birthday Candles (single-use consumable item)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Products without original tags or packaging
