Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in original, unworn, and unused condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bakeware & Bento Boxes (for hygiene reasons)
  • Birthday Candles (single-use consumable item)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging, include the RMA number visibly on the package, and ship to:

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Timeline

  • Credit Card Payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return

What’s Refunded

  • Full cost of returned item(s)
  • Original shipping fees for defective or incorrect items

What’s Not Refunded

  • Return shipping costs (unless we made an error)
  • Original shipping fees on non-defective returns

Exchange Process

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and inspect your return. If the exchanged item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide, international returns follow the same process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement at no additional cost.
