We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 days after shipment via DHL or FedEx
Free Shipping: 15-25 days after shipment via EMS (available for orders over $50)

Please note that all orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipping.

We’re proud to ship worldwide! However, we’re unable to deliver to some remote areas in Asia and other particularly hard-to-reach locations. If you’re unsure about your location, please contact our customer service team.

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your home.

Delivery attempts will be made according to the carrier’s policies. If you miss the delivery, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
